Hackers Access the CitiBank credit card of North American customers. CitiBank, incorporated Citigroup Inc said Thursday, that hackers accessed credit card information of tens of thousands of customers in North America. The bank said recently it was found in routine surveillance information to account for about 1 percent of customer visits. The hacker can access the service from Citi account online to see the customer name, contact information, account number and email address. They can not access social security numbers, dates of birth, card security code or expiry date on the card.
